Little Nicholson Street Play Centre is fenced, with covered options for wet weather, an array of awesome toys, dress-up’s, a huge sandpit, fun outdoor play equipment, a fully-equipped painting studio, toilets, baby change facilities and even a tea and coffee kitchenette.

How can we access the centre?

Any parent/carer from the local community with children aged 0-5 years can access the centre, on any weekday between 9am and 5pm - once they have purchased a membership or five trip pass. We also offer a Day Pass for those wanting to try out the centre or for a one-off playdate.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

We are located at 13 Union Street, East Balmain (directly behind the East Village Pub) with the main entrance to the centre accessed via walking down the small lane on the right-hand side of the pub.

LNSP currently operates as follows:

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Wednesday 9am – 7pm (only during Daylight Saving)

The play centre is NOT open on public holidays. As the play centre is in the middle of a quiet residential area, it is important that we respect our neighbourhood and adhere to these opening hours.

HIRING THE CENTRE FOR A PARTY

Yes, we hire out our amazing fully-equipped centre for members parties for their children aged 0-5. It really couldn’t be any easier – you bring the guests, food and drink, our centre brings the fun! We offer two party options on most Saturdays throughout the year.
