To ensure we can maintain the legacy of the centre remaining available as a resource to the community, we worked with Inner West Council in 2012 to formalise our agreement for the use of the land.
We successfully secured a licence from Inner West Council for exclusive use of the land from 2012. The licence from Council stipulates some guidelines to what is permitted and allowed on council property and you can view the licence by clicking here.
A part of the licence process included creating a constitution, this constitution includes the principles for how the centre is governed, the constitution is our guide for how the centre is run by the committee including guides on what can and cannot be done at the centre. The constitution is registered with the Department of Fair Trading. You can view the constitution by clicking here.
